₹5,000 membership subscription, paid online

Your application is addressed to the Managing Trustee, Jageshwari Kanti Narayan Foundation, Sheikhpura, Patna 800014. Membership is for one year from approval, and the Managing Trustee’s decision on admission is final.

Apply offline

Download the membership application form and print it.
Fill it in, affix a recent passport-size photograph and sign it.
Pay the ₹5,000 subscription by cheque or demand draft in favour of Jageshwari Kanti Narayan Foundation, and write its number and bank on the form.
Post or courier the signed form to our registered office.
